About Bona Photography

Photography without the awkward bullshit

Bona photography is about creating images that feel like you - whether I'm shooting your brand, your portrait, or something you definitely don't want appearing on Instagram.


I'm Sydney-based, easy-going and curious, and far more interested  in capturing personality than forcing people into awkward poses.


Bona means "to look at" or "to see" in Zulu. That's really the whole idea. I notice things - the expression between poses, the tiny details, the moments that weren't planned.
